Website terms
Terms for using the Women’s Health Community Award website.
1. Organizer and applicable documents
GO Vertical ICM presents this website. The Official Rules govern eligibility, paid voting, rankings, dates and awards. The Payment & Refund Terms govern transaction handling. The Privacy Notice describes personal-information processing. These documents should be read together. The Official Rules control award mechanics if marketing text differs; mandatory law takes priority.
The website does not establish legal availability in every country or state. Applications and votes may be accepted only from approved locations and through the enabled official services.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site and share public applicant voting links for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate the organizer, an applicant or voter; use stolen payment details; bypass eligibility or security controls; manipulate transaction records; scrape or misuse personal data; or interfere with the website or other entries.
Sharing an applicant’s official voting link is permitted. Do not misrepresent a purchase as a tax-deductible donation, investment or guarantee that an applicant will win. Any paid endorsement or incentive must comply with applicable disclosure requirements and the final campaigning rules.
3. Ownership and public submissions
Website materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Participation does not transfer ownership of an entrant’s invention to GO Vertical ICM. Public-profile use is governed by the permission in the Official Rules. Access to the site grants no right to copy another applicant’s invention, reuse images without authorization or imply sponsorship.
Do not submit confidential information or patient data. Report suspected infringement through the designated contact with the relevant URL, description of the material, your authority and contact details. The organizer may restrict challenged content while reviewing the issue, consistent with applicable law.
4. Health and innovation information
Entries may be ideas, prototypes or products at other stages. Applicant statements are supplied by the applicant and are not independently certified merely by publication. A profile, paid-vote ranking or award is not medical advice, evidence of clinical efficacy, product authorization, a safety certification or investment advice.
Applicants must describe development and regulatory status truthfully and substantiate claims they make. Do not rely on the award to make healthcare decisions or as a substitute for professional advice and product due diligence.
5. Availability and third-party services
The website may link to application, voting and payment platforms with their own service terms and privacy notices. The organizer remains responsible for its own obligations. Technical availability is not guaranteed at every moment. Report missing confirmations, inaccessible profiles or payment issues promptly; deadline changes and refunds are governed by the award documents.
Links to third-party content do not by themselves mean GO Vertical ICM endorses every statement, product or service on that site.
6. Changes and participant protections
Material changes to participation mechanics will be communicated under the Official Rules. Website edits cannot retroactively remove promised awards, invalidate lawful refund rights or override mandatory consumer or privacy protections.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further limitation of liability, governing-law or court provision must be reviewed for the actual approved jurisdictions before publication. This draft does not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
7. Accessibility, questions and legal particulars
Contact the organizer for an accessible alternative, a technical issue, a content complaint or a question about these terms. Do not send card security details or patient information through support channels.
Complete before launch: organizer’s full legal name and business address, support and legal-contact email, privacy contact, effective date, applicable law and forum provisions that preserve mandatory local rights. Confirm that all policy links, checkout acknowledgments and contact channels work.
