Strengthening the Pathway for a Cervical-Health Diagnostic Platform
GO Vertical helped Curiva clarify its product and investment narrative through Strategic Discovery—supporting stronger investor conversations and its MassChallenge Boston journey.
Turning a differentiated diagnostic concept into a clearer accelerator and investor proposition.
The Challenge
Curiva is developing diaPatch™, a wearable diagnostic patch designed to collect interstitial fluid through microneedles and support adjunctive cervical-cancer risk stratification. The company needed a disciplined way to connect the clinical need, intended use, product definition, differentiation, development priorities, commercialization pathway, and investor story.
This engagement focused exclusively on Strategic Discovery. It did not include the Creation Accelerator Program.
Strategic Discovery
GO Vertical examined the opportunity across product definition, stakeholder needs, competitive positioning, technical and regulatory risk, commercialization, accelerator readiness, and fundraising communication.
Clinical Opportunity
Clarified the intended-use context, patient pathway, and unmet need after abnormal cervical screening.
Product Positioning
Connected the diaPatch concept, differentiation, development priorities, and adoption considerations.
Accelerator Readiness
Organized the opportunity into a clearer narrative for MassChallenge Boston and external stakeholders.
Investor Conversations
Strengthened the investment story, milestone logic, and communication of the platform’s value.

Why This Matters
Curiva demonstrates how a focused Strategic Discovery engagement can help a complex diagnostic platform communicate its value more clearly—without prematurely moving into execution. The work helped establish a stronger foundation for accelerator evaluation, investor discussions, and future product-development decisions.
